Berta - S/S26 - Bridal Collection
Inside the BERTA showroom in SoHo, the distance between runway and audience disappeared. Guests sat just steps from the models, close enough to study every seam, contour, and line of construction.
The Spring/Summer 2026 collection from creative director Berta Balilti reaffirmed the house’s unmistakable signature: sculpted silhouettes, illusion lace, and unapologetic glamour. In the intimate setting, the technical precision behind each gown became the focus.
Corsetry anchored many of the looks, defining the waist before releasing into lace or layered skirts. Illusion panels framed the body with careful placement, while hand-applied embellishments caught the light without disrupting the structure beneath.
Silhouettes moved between fitted mermaid gowns and fuller ballgowns, each maintaining clear internal discipline. Even the most dramatic volume remained controlled and deliberate.
BERTA continues to occupy a distinct space within luxury bridal. In a market often leaning toward minimalism, the brand remains firmly committed to sensuality, embellishment, and confident femininity.
For the bride drawn to BERTA, subtlety is rarely the objective. These gowns are designed to command attention — and hold it.
